Plains to Peaks Craft Bean to Bar Chocolate Bars

We have been admirers of the Longmont Colony for as long as we have known about it.

In their own words they are:

Colony is a collective of creatives, makers and small business owners who have come together to strengthen our community and showcase the unique individuals who make Longmont interesting.

This group is our spirit animal, and we couldn’t agree/admire their goals and mission more. You can imagine our excitement when they mentioned the idea of doing a profile on us.

Mat and Julie stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and we talked chocolate for a few hours. They were kind and inquisitive and we had the best time taking them on a tour of our little chocolate factory.
